You will build Super44’s organic social engine and shape how the brand feels online. Not by filling a content calendar. By finding great stories and turning them into creative that people stop for, share and remember.
One day, you might be inside a family-run café uncovering the story behind it. The next, you’re developing the concept, directing the owner, shooting, editing and publishing the finished piece.
Then you study what happened. You create the next iteration. You turn the winning idea into a paid campaign.
Initially, you will do this work yourself. You cannot depend on an agency or a team of freelancers to ship. As we grow, you will build and direct that team. First, you need to know how to make the work.
